Spring is almost here! As usual, it’s hay fever season (lol)
I’ve been taking medicine since February, but it’s not very effective when the amount of pollen is heavy. when it’s really bad situation, i have to take some other medication as well. spring is a bit of a tragedy for me! lol
when it’s spring, i can’t go to mountain beucase of pollen so i go beach area. they have some tree causes pollen but way much better than at mountain.
anyway, it’s the time of spring coming. i have to survive somehow!
