I’ve been working a lot lately and my days have been monotonous, which has increased my stress, sleeplessness, and poor eating habits. Nothing good can come from this kind of life.
Still, I have a lot of work and things to do, and I know it will take some time to get them done.
Trying to do something a little different from every day is a good way to change my perspective and viewpoint and relieve stress.
On Thursday, I took my camera with me on my way to work, and on my way home, I walked around Nihonbashi, Ginza, and Tokyo Station and took some pictures without thinking much about it.
Then I took the chance to go to Tokyo Sky Tree for the first time on Friday afternoon after taking a day off work.
I hadn’t planned to stay there for too long, but I ended up staying until an hour before closing time, and took some photos of Tokyo’s skyscrapers in the evening and some night shots.
I really enjoyed the opportunity to see once again what I still have to learn and what I still have to work on.
Yes, it is important to do something a little different from the repetitive daily routine.
