Spring—everything changes from winter.
Cloudy, cold, and windy days… winter dries out my skin and sometimes even makes it crack. But now it’s getting better—though I had to pass through the gate of hay fever first. LOL!!!

Sounds dramatic, right? LOL
Yeah, but it’s true!!

Luckily, I got some really good medicine from my doctor this time. It’s been soooo long since I could breathe properly through my nose. I can’t believe how tough it was dealing with hay fever, but now it feels almost gone. Well, not completely—but I can breathe, no more itching inside my nose or ears. Just my eyes a little, but they’re manageable.

This April was really tough for both work and my body. I was insanely busy, with too many chaotic things going on at work. And starting from my neck, I’ve been having a difficult situation with my arms as well. So I’ve been going to a judo therapy clinic and an orthopedic clinic since the beginning of April. And I’ve stopped going to the gym since late February. I wanna cry! LOL

Because I love working out. But I know—I don’t really have a choice.

Anyway, all I can do is just enjoy my life as much as I can.
Life is too short—no time to look down at my feet.

Thank you!!
Have a nice weekend!
😘😘😘
